About This Role
You will be part of the StavPay operation team, which acts as an extension of our clients' middle-office. This role involves supporting the day-to-day accounting operations and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance and standardize processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounting tasks efficiently and accurately for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with IT and clients to enhance reporting and automate processes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Maintain service level agreements and client delivery summaries.
• Update desk procedures, process manuals, and process maps.
• Identify and resolve exceptions and variances in accounting records.
• Participate in special projects to improve accounting operations and reporting.
• Handle reconciliation, reporting, and payment processes.

Essential Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or postgraduate specialized in Finance and Accounting with 65% or above. (Bcom and MBA Only)
• Final project completed in Finance & Accounting.
• Certification in advanced Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Desirable Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Experience or certification in accounting software tools is a plus.

Working Hours: 06:30 p.m. IST to 3:30 a.m. IST.
Location: Bangalore
