Associate Relationship Manager
About the Role
Stavtar is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to support the client experience for StavPay. The Associate Relationship Manager will work alongside senior Relationship Managers to help manage a portfolio of Stavtar clients, assisting with day-to-day client needs while helping educate clients on the full suite of StavPay services and capabilities.
This role is well-suited to an early-career, client-first professional who is eager to build relationship management skills, learn Stavtar’s business, and grow into a client-facing role with increasing autonomy.
Duties & Responsibilities
– Help build and maintain strong relationships with Stavtar clients and key stakeholders, supporting senior Relationship Managers across client organizations and internal Stavtar divisions.
– Support a high standard of client experience by helping share StavPay product updates, new services, and relevant insights with clients.
– Help prepare for and coordinate client meetings, including agendas and internal briefing materials, and attend meetings alongside senior team members to build client-facing experience.
– Support the team in meeting revenue targets by helping identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
– Assist in mapping internal and external stakeholders to support relationship-building across organizations.
– Intake and track client requests, coordinating internally to help drive them to resolution and ensure timely progress updates.
– Support the review of client contracts, helping ensure alignment with both client and Stavtar objectives.
– Assist in monitoring and reporting on client health, growth, and key performance indicators.
– Help translate information into clear, easy-to-understand updates for clients, developing strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Demonstrate professionalism and a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction in all client interactions.
– Exhibit strong follow-through and problem-solving skills, helping ensure client issues are promptly addressed and escalated when needed.
– Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of client activity and insights within HubSpot.
Education & Experience
– Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) required.
– 0–2 years' experience in financial services, fintech, account management, business consulting, or business analysis; internship experience is a plus.
– Demonstrated interest in building a career in client relationship or account management, shown through prior internships, coursework, or work experience.

Compensation: The range for this role is $125,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
