Senior Relationship Manager
About the Role
Stavtar is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to proactively manage the client experience for StavPay. The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Stavtar clients, representing their needs to stakeholders across Stavtar while educating clients on the full suite of StavPay services and capabilities.
This role requires a commercially minded, client-first professional who can operate confidently at senior levels, and navigate complex organizations with clarity and executive presence.
Duties & Responsibilities
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Stavtar clients and key stakeholders across client organizations and internal Stavtar divisions.
– Ensure a high standard of client experience by proactively sharing StavPay product updates, new services, and tailored insights relevant to each client.
– Conduct regular in-person client meetings and consistently align on meeting agendas to ensure clients' time is respected and productive. Prepare internal teams for all client interactions.
– Meet & exceed stated revenue targets.
– Map internal and external stakeholders, and manage relationships up, down, and across organizations to advance our business objectives.
– Intake, track, and drive client requests to resolution, coordinating internally to ensure prompt progress updates and successful outcomes.
– Review and negotiate client contracts, ensuring alignment with both client and Stavtar objectives.
– Monitor, analyze, and report on client health, growth, profitability, and KPIs.
– Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Demonstrate executive presence, professionalism, and a relentless focus on customer service and satisfaction in all client interactions.
– Exhibit exceptional follow-through and problem-solving abilities, ensuring client issues are promptly and effectively addressed.
– Maintain up-to-date, relevant records of client activity and insights within HubSpot.
Education & Experience
– Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) required; advanced degree preferred.
– 7+ years' experience in financial services, fintech, account management, business consulting, or business analysis. Experience managing large accounts is a plus.
– Strong leadership experience, with prior responsibility managing small- to medium-sized teams.
