Head of Implementation (Client Delivery)
Stavtar Solutions is looking for a Head of Implementation who will own end-to-end customer onboarding and delivery, from contract signing through implementation and go-live. This leader will build and scale a high-performing implementation organization—spanning project management, Business Analysts, and Implementation Engineers—to deliver best-in-class onboarding, integrations, and customer-specific configuration or development.
This role is ideal for a hands-on delivery leader with a strong technical foundation and deep experience driving client outcomes in SaaS fintech environments.
Stavtar is a SaaS company that provides business spend management and expense allocation software purpose-built for complex organizations such as alternative asset managers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Delivery Leadership
Own the customer onboarding lifecycle from contract signing → implementation → go-live, ensuring consistent execution, quality, and outcomes.
Ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations and business value.
Establish a repeatable implementation methodology, templates, and delivery standards across all onboarding engagements.
Team Leadership & Scaling
Lead and scale the implementation team, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Implementation Engineers.
Design team structure, hiring plans, onboarding/training, and performance management frameworks.
Build a culture of accountability, customer focus, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
Drive delivery metrics across implementation performance: schedule adherence, quality, scope control, customer satisfaction, and go-live success.
Implement best practices in project governance, escalation management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned execution.
Financial & Resource Management
Own implementation financial performance, including billable utilization, delivery efficiency, and margins.
Forecast resourcing needs across the implementation portfolio and ensure appropriate staffing and coverage.
Maintain visibility into project economics and proactively manage delivery tradeoffs.
Product Feedback Loop
Establish a structured feedback loop between Implementation and Product to surface recurring issues, feature gaps, and roadmap inputs.
Identify patterns across customer deployments and translate learnings into scalable product and process improvements.
Qualifications
8–12+ years of experience in delivering complex implementation, professional services, or client delivery roles within SaaS and/or fintech.
Proven experience leading and scaling cross-functional delivery teams (PMs, Business Analysts, Implementation Engineers).
Strong understanding of SaaS onboarding, integrations, and enterprise customer implementation requirements.
Technical background sufficient to partner effectively with engineering and guide technical delivery (APIs, integrations, data flows, etc.).
Track record of delivering complex implementations with measurable customer outcomes.
Strong operational rigor, executive communication skills, and customer-facing presence.
