- Develop and maintain scalable, event-driven architectures for financial transaction processing, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Design and optimize API Gateway solutions for authentication, security, and traffic management.
Financial System & Banking Integrations

- Oversee compliance with ISO 20022, PCI-DSS, PSD2, GDPR, SOC 2, and other financial data regulations.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a team of API developers and engineers, defining development best practices and reviewing code architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers, DevOps teams, and financial partners to align API architecture with business objectives.

Essential Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, API design, and financial system integrations.
- Expert-level proficiency in C#/.NET Core, with experience in designing and implementing scalable backend services.
- Strong expertise in RESTful API design, GraphQL, Webhooks, and API Gateway technologies (e.g., Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, Kong, Apigee).

- Experience with cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong database expertise in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in performance tuning and system optimizations.
Desirable skills
- Experience working with Hedge Funds, Private Equity firms, or Fund Administrators.
