About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs and devise
effective strategies.
• Conduct analysis of hiring needs and provide accurate employee hiring forecasts.
• Identify and streamline bottlenecks in the recruiting process continuously.
• Design procedures to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Research and innovate creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent effectively.
• Assess and qualify candidates based on role-related skills and cultural fit.
• Drive the pipeline of technical candidates through various channels such as personal
networks, social media, and industry forums.
• Foster employee referrals within Stavtar to bolster recruitment efforts.
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from initial phone screens to offer negotiations
and finalizing hires.
Required Competences - Must Have Skills
• 5 to 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a Software Development company with high standards.
• Educational background in BCA with MBA, BTech CS/IT with MBA, BSc CS with MBA, or BTech CS/IT/IS.
• Proven track record in hiring senior IT team members and across various specialized roles (e.g., .Net Core, QA Automation, Angular).
• Successful history of delivering high-quality candidate flows resulting in hires.
• Strong engagement skills to effectively motivate passive candidates as a Individual Contributor
• Experience with diverse sourcing channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, XRay Searches, GitHub, and others.
• Experience in Campus recruitment, Institution Hiring and Bootcamp Resources .
• Experience in SAAS product companies with domain knowledge in Finance and Accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data handling.
• Experience with Outlook, MS Teams, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with campus hiring, institutional hiring, and cost-saving recruitment models.
• Sharp interviewing skills for technical and cultural assessments.
• Proficiency in creative sourcing techniques across web, social/professional networks, and
consultant engagements.
• Solid understanding of tech skills, industry trends, and target companies.
Working Hours
11 Pm to 8 Pm / 12 Pm to 9 PM IST
