Position Title: Business Analyst and Implementation Specialist
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid

Client Day-to-Day Contact: Alternative Asset Managers

StavPay has revolutionized how complex businesses such as alternative asset managers manage their vendors, contracts, budgets, and invoices, with the ability to allocate expenses across their enterprise in unlimited ways, unlimited layers, using any attribute while fully automating the process.
Job Description:
The business analyst will be responsible for working closely with clients (CFOs and Controllers) onboarding new alternative asset manager clients to the StavPay platform. This includes but is not limited to understanding and documenting their current business process, workflows, and their approach to expense allocations; assisting clients with analyzing and organizing their data in preparation for StavPay onboarding; running weekly calls with clients; creating and maintaining project plans and internal databases, setting up connectivity to their third parties, granting and maintaining client access to StavPay, designing their instance of StavPay to manage their business and coordinating any ad hoc client deliverables.
Pre-requisite knowledge, skills, and experience:
- 0-3 years experience (accounting background or experience a plus, software implementation background a plus).
- Possesses the skills to learn quickly in a results-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Desire and ability to consistently produce error-free work and meet high expectations.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple workflows while understanding the need for 100% accuracy.
- Ability to evaluate situations, prioritize accordingly, and confidently make informed decisions.
